We manufacture machines and complete equipments for the primary shaping and forming industry of non-ferrous metals.
Our product range covers the complete scope of metal processing: Beginning with melting furnaces, continuous and discontinuous casting (strand casting, chill casting, etc.) up to forming with the help of extrusion presses (direct and indirect) and drawing machines.
In order to complete, respectively to automatise the above mentioned machines we also produce machine or equipment parts. There is a wide range of machines like feeding stations for the melting furnaces, billet shears in order to cut the billets to the desired length after the casting, cutting saws after the extrusion press or a gantry robot. Our single or multiple spooling machines are part of the winding technology and complete the whole primary shaping and forming process. Therefore we are able to offer our customers a complete package for their processes – of course fully automated as a complete equipment.
